| HOW TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY?
When making a reservation, the user will immediately pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total price of the booking. The balance is payable to the establishment (normally upon arrival), in the preferred currency of the establishment and cash. We will make a solid reservation of the property when we receive the deposit. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. Payment for incidental charges after check-out is accepted by cash only. CONFIRMATION Upon receipt the deposit from you, we will issue an instant automatic confirmation by E-mail. CANCELLATIONS All cancellations must be carried out 24 hours before the arrival date. Please note that this period starts 24 hours before the DATE of the arrival NOT THE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME. In some cases, given different time zones, this could be up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Cancellations must be made via the link sent in the confirmation email, or directly with the establishment. In the event of a no-show OR a late cancellation the establishment has the right to charge the first night’s accommodation. All cancellations must be in writing by e-mail. After booking your property—2 easy steps: 1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your booking confirmation e-mail. 2. Take all vouchers with you. How to redeem your voucher(s): Reservation confirmations are required. Upon arrival in the property, on the day of your reservation, please present your printed voucher(s) and photo ID at the property.
