The booking is not confirmed until we get in contact with you. PAYMENT PROCEDURE This property require deposits payments in advance during some Tourist season – % of deposit depends on Travel Date (Between 10 % to 30%) and we will make a solid reservation of the property when we receive the payment. Payment before check-in is accepted by bank transfer, online payment or cash. First or Next Day of the arrival, you will pay the balance to the owner of the amount contracted and displayed in the e-mail, voucher and also in the web-site. Payment for incidental charges after check-out is accepted by cash only. CONFIRMATION Upon receipt the request from the web site, we will issue a confirmation if the property is available. CANCELLATIONS The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your property check-in date.
